LEGO Cupcakes

Before you ask, thesearen’t edible LEGO minifigures.They’rejust regular minifigures that tookway toolong to wash afterI’d planted their feet in icing. The cupcakes are bubblegumflavoured because I was feeling wacky. What better way to remind me of my childhood than to make something bubblegum flavoured and LEGO themed? (and Star Wars themed obviously). If you want a recipe for bubblegum cupcakes, there are various available online. However, it can also work well to just use a vanilla cupcake recipe and substitute (or complement) the vanilla essence with bubblegum flavouring.
